Fee Structures
We operate at competitive rates with various fee structures available to our clients. These include a fixed fee approach for specific work, charge by reference to the time spent or risk-adjusted fee structures depending on your individual situation. We will always try to find a fee structure that best suits your financial situation.
You can use one or a combination of the below methods:
Fixed Fee: When you have a very specific piece of work such as an agreement, conveyance or contract of sale, we can quote upfront so you feel certain and comfortable.
Retainer: Regular payments commensurate with the agreed time commitment so you have access to us whenever you need.
Hourly Rate: Standard usually $300; Half Court day $1,500; Full Court day $2,000 GST exclusive.
We always strive to provide a discounted bill of costs which is in the form "In excess of but say" in order to assist our clients, who prefer such accounts rather than the traditional "micro-minute" itemised accounts. However, as we are governed by the Legal Professions Act we are able to and will issue fully itemised accounts which may be subject to assessment.
